The pool and clubhouse area received a lot of rain these past two days. The clubhouse, slab and the air conditioner were partially submerged in water. Unfortunately, this has been a problem for many years and none of the previous Boards addressed it. We hope to address this soon as it goes beyond just standing water in this area after a heavy rain--but lack of any draining to reroute the water when it comes down. The big challenge will be how to reroute the water to the nearest sewer so it doesn't end up in the clubhouse or baby pool area.
