Does anyone have experience with window warranties? I have a large back window which has visible condensation on a humid day between the panes. This means the seal has failed and the window needs to be replaced. The house was built in 2001.
Does Richmond or the window manufacturer handle warranty replacement? Who is the manufacturer and how do I get in touch with them? What's the best way to get in touch with the Richmond warranty dept? I tried online chat on their website and it was busy so I left a message but have not heard back from them.
