Mike,
Thank you so much for the information regarding the feasibility of building on our beautiful hills. Let us hope that Mr. Hitt will find it too expensive to develop. Hasn't he received a small profit from his sale of partial land to the city for the water towers? If so, I say, Mr. Hitt, please donate the land and take a big tax deduction and leave us alone. We would all love it and good riddance to bad company.

I do not know about house4sale's statement that he will put his house for sale if the townhomes are not approved, but I am moving because the Woodlands subdivision is looking more like an Antioch neighborhood every day. Townhomes or single family homes..it really doesn't matter because the Nolensville Road/Antioch feel and look are creeping up Old Hickory Blvd and thus the Woodlands fate/value is already sealed.
