I just paid my Woodlands HOA statement.
The statement provided that on the due date, 07/15/2002, I must pay $86.86. If I paid after 08/13/2002, the payment amount would be $109.44.
The late charge, therefore, is $22.61.
The Declaration provides that the BOD has the authority to set a late fee. A $22.61 late charge seems to be clearly excessive.
Would someone on the Board please comment on this?
