What can you do if a new neighbor turns your happy street upside down,by playing music to loud and the father comes out and gets in your face and says he wants to hurt the kids on the block because their kids say that the other kids are picking on them and there are wittinesses to the fact that nothing happened,almost not a day goes by that these new people aren't trying to cause some trouble and they will say to your face they can do what they want and theres nothing any one can do about it we have been here for 7 years and this is the first time I have ever seen people so rude All our neighbors have all ways been nice people,they have had run ins with several on the block.Woodlawn park is wonderful place to live and it would be nice if it stayed that way !!!!!!

Loud Music and Unruly Neighbor
