If people weren't such pills and weren't so rude and inconsiderate, not to mention just plain not giving a crude about rules of any kind, then noses wouldn't have to be up anyone's rears, would they?

Yes, it is against the ordinance of both Woodlawn Park and Louisville Metro to park in a yard. No, it does not warrant towing someones vehicle.

I agree with the initial person in that some persons in the neighborhood would rather just call the police to complain to be nasty than to go ask their neighbor to move the car. If it is bothering you that much, go ask them to move it. If they say no, call the cops. It is not that hard, and it may be able to be solved without police intervention. Not to mention you might actually talk to your neighbor and make a friend.

Whatever happened to neighbors being nice to each other? Most of the people in my block know each other and can work out our differences without this petty bickering or the police. It is quite obvious that not all of the residents in WP operate in this manner based on reading this forum. Even the nosey-know-it-all, moral and ethical residential wannabes browse these message boards.
