Signs

I have not heard back on the estimate for the new signs, does that mean that there is no estimate? If you cannot provide an estimate for the signs, then how can you say that it will cost $10,000.00 for new ones? Where is the rest of the money going to?

No bids

As far as I know there are not bids for our community. Since there is no money to do anything nothing has been decided in regards to what type of a sign.

However, I work in apartment management and have purchased several site signs over the last 7 years. They could run any where from $2000 up depending on the size and the material. Also the installation is very expensive. So the $10,000 for two signs is pretty close to what it would cost.

Suggestion

I know this may be a long shot but is it possible to get donations or even sponsors from local companies. I think most companies will help us out especially if they can advertise their company along the way. Just a thought!
