We are in the works of getting the ball rolling and getting back to the business of keeping Woodside Green South a great place to live.

For those of you who hold copies of the original Woodside Green South deed restrictions, you are aware that the deed restrictions expire on December 31, 2012. In order to keep our neighborhood safe, property values in tact, and establish relationships with current and new neighbors we thought it was in the best interest of our subdivision to begin anew.

Watch for flyers offering an opportunity to participate in laying the foundation of the new Woodside Green South Home Owner's Association and to become a member.
