I witnessed a dog being set loose yesterday in the old Aloliance Dataq Parking lot on El Charro St. 10/25/13 4-5pm
The little male dog made it's way to my street and I brought it uinto my home.
It is black with just a hint of a flame of white on its chest about 15-20 lbs. It may be a Schipperke or big Pomeranian. It has a red collar not tags it is not microchipped. Friendly calm obviously someone's pet. I would be sick if it was mine and it was lost.
I cannot keep him please help.
