GENERAL MEETING

Call to Order by David Carlton, Chair at 7:08 P.M.

Refreshments: Clyde & Pat Bergendahl provided delicious salmon on bagels with cream cheese; Thai Iced Tea provided by Thai Sky Restaurant (Pacific Ave)

Community Planner?’s Report: Steve Gerhardt

Public Safety Report: Cmndr. Lumen and Lt. Bob Smith, West Division. Presented an overview of crime statistics and some information on the recent shootings in the district.

Program:

David White, Redevelopment Agency, Katherine Spitz & Associations presented architect, schematics, and plant samplings of the Wrigley Village Street Scape Design. The ?“Green Street?” concept was explained and a question and answer period followed with much input from the membership.

Visioning Session, led by David Carlton, was held to solicit ideas from the general membership on priorities and community projects for the Wrigley Association in 2008.

Treasurer?’s Report: none, treasurer ill this meeting

7th District Announcements: Tonia Reyes-Uranga?’s thanked everyone for helping with the Christmas Tree Lane parade this year. She promised that the electrical will all be in next year for light displays and trees. Also, the Oregon & Golden streets have been repaired.
