The ground vibrating trucks looking for oil deposits are heading back to Wrigley. Remember in 2006 when the large trucks appeared on our quiet streets and vibrated our houses? Well they are seeking a permit from the City to return. I received a flyer today in the mail with the details. Does anyone recall the prior incident? We need to figure out a way to stop this.
