Sage Creek 9 consists of approx. 95 large sized lots. All lots will be at least 60' in width by 140' in depth. At a minimum of 8,400 sq ft, these are largest lots offered in Sage creek. Appro. 15% of the lots will be greater than 1/2 acre in size.
In the event the conditions of the attached Planned Development District, Zoning case #05-15, are approved by the Wylie City Council as submitted, the proposed amenities to Sage creek 9 will include a continuation of the 8'trail system being built in Sage creek 8. This trail system is in compliance with the City of Wylie master park and trail plan . The exact location, timing and specific design criteria are subject to City of Wylie and Park board approval.
