Over the past few months, there have been many covenant violations noted and sent out in Wyndham Park. During the past few years, enforcement of the protective covenants has not been strong enough to meet the desires of the general community. Your HOA board as well as Hammersmith Management has received many complaints regarding covenant violations ranging from fences to trash to unkempt lawns.
The current board is a relatively new group with new leadership. Hammersmith Management has assigned a new representative to our account. The HOA is past its startup stage and can now focus on the ongoing maintenance and appearance of the community. We have heard your concerns and are working to try to better address them than has been done in the past. By your request, we are acting to better enforce the protective covenants of Wyndham Park. This will not only improve the appearance of the community, but will also improve the value of homes for sale.
Many violations are easy to remedy. They are simple in nature such as trash cans on the side of the house, or weeds that need to be pulled. Some are more complex such as painting a fence which is the wrong color. If you receive a violation, please remember that the board and Hammersmith Management are simply trying to act in the best interests of the community as a whole.
Remember, the covenants are in place to have a more beautiful and enjoyable community with greater home values. They are for the benefit of everyone. If you wish to report a covenant violation, you may do so by sending an e-mail to
