NO. The new neighborhood rule book is in the mail. NO yard sales, NO back yard bar-B-q's. You are permitted in your yard ONLY to mow, trim and keep neat. Our neighborhoods are too beautiful to be ruined by having a bunch of ugly people standing around in the yards.
