With summer behind us, I would love to walk in the afternoons, anyone interested? If so, please email me at sandy280@gmail.com. Or, when weather is bad, if two people would like to come to my house in the afternoon we could work out together on my exercise equipment. I only have three machines, which is why I added the limit of two; however, I also have two Yoga mats and a Yoga training DVD, so if more want to join "Sandy's Gym" we could rotate from the machines to Yoga and Yoga to the machines. I lost 8 pounds going to water aerobics three times a week over the summer, so I do need to remain active and continue losing. I do not want to gain it back!
