Update regarding billing of 2010 assessments

The 2008 FY budget (covers expenses from 7/08-6/09) was approved at the 7/22/08 budget meeting. The YFMC board was advised by New Castle County that beginning in March 2009 assessments for all NCC developments will be billed yearly in March. In order to continue to receive NCC's billing and record keeping services, we must bill YFMC assessments in March. As a result, we will prorate 2010's assessment to cover a period of 8 months as 3/09-6/09 will have been paid by corporation members who paid their 2009 assessments.
