Mr. Fluhr spoke on behalf of the owners of Pull-A-Part. He was there to inform us that 1) the design of the proposed sign had to be changed, now to be located approximately 90 feet back from the entrance and put on brick columns 17 feet high to bring the sign up above the raised highway level; and 2) Mr. Blankenship (owner of the road back to the business site) has agreed to widen the road to 25 feet and pave it from National Turnpike to the business site.

Old Business:
Dues - Charles has sent reminder notes to those who have not paid their annual dues. As of January 13, 17 homeowners still owe dues.
Pull-A-Part Field Trip to Nashville - Board members will be driven to the Nashville Pull-A-Part site to tour the facility and have questions answered regarding this business, which will be like the one proposed to go in across from Yorktown North. This trip is sponsored by Pull-A-Part. We will leave at 9:00 a.m. from Bearno's parking lot, arrive at the site at about 11:30, tour the site, eat lunch, and return to Louisville about 6:00 p.m.
* The hearing for Pull-A-Part's request for a Conditional Use Permit from BOZA is now sheduled for February 7 at 8:30 a.m. at the Old Jail Building.
Missing signs / sidewalks - Donnie will be contacting J.C. Speagle to have replacement signs made at Chippendale and wherever else he sees them missing. Donnie will also be calling 311 to report sidewalks that have buckled over the winter and need repair.
New fence - Bob, Charles, and Carol will be talking to bidders to get the best price for fencing the back lake from Old North Church Rd. to the ditch. A gate is also to be put in at the ditch-side corner.
Clogged pipes at ditch exit spot - Martin has called MSD and requested that this pipe be checked as soon as possible.
Block Watch - First meeting will be February 3, 7:00 p.m. at Epiphany United Methodist Church on Southside Drive. Linda will contact police to have a rep at this meeting. Other BW meetings will be the first Thursday of each month unless this is unworkable. We will be discussing, among other things, how to get signs for BW posted and how to get the Keep Kids Alive - Drive 25 signs.
New Business
Wiring at Sam entrance - We will be having the wiring checked next August since we've had trouble keeping all holiday lights burning this year. Dead plants and shrubs will be replaced this fall after the road work is completed. Bob will be talking with Aaron Clark about this
