Guest: Steve Early from MSD met with us to discuss an agreement to grant a temporary 20-foot easement to MSD along the lake next to the north ditch. All fencing and shrubbery removed to accommodate construction equipment would be replaced, with trees/shrubs planted accoding to our choice and guaranteed for one year.
Mr. Early also agreed to extend the rip-rap another 200 feet along the southeast shore of the back lake.
Murry moved; Bob seconded the motion to grant this temporary easement and accept the replacement offer on fencing and trees. Passed.
Minutes of the November meeting could not be approved because the secretary could not find the notes from that meeting.
The Treasurer's Report shows that, as of January 28, we have $50,880.47 in our bank account Murry moved; Bob seconded the motion to approve the Treasurer's Report. Passed.
Old Business:
The cannon at the Old Towne entrance needs to be repaired. B. McMitchen knows someone who can heat it, straighten it, and paint it. Charles will talk to McMitchen.

Charles reports that all residents have either paid their dues or are in the process of paying annual maintenance fees.
Murry suggested we remind P&R to trim along the edges of the lakes as grass grows from the rocked areas.
Linda will contact Matt Nally with Operation Brightside about getting our soil tested along the National Turnpike side of the front lake since we are having trouble getting our new trees to live. She will also call Brightside and schedule our lake clean-up day in May or early June.
Block Watch Report - Bob reports a break-in occurred on Old Towne Rd.
Billy reports several mailboxes were torn up in January
Linda will update the Log being kept on crime occurences within Yorktown North.
