Our annual meeting was held on Saturday, September 17. Agenda items included the following:
?• Questions and Concerns
- An issue was raised by several residents concerning vehicles parked on the street. Residents are urged to park vehicles in their garage or driveway whenever possible. It is greatly appreciated!!
- Another issue was raised concerning people that cut-through to Yorktown South from the trailer park. A letter will be sent to the trailer park management to extend their fence to prevent this.
?• Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale
- This year?’s block sale will be held on Saturday, September 30 from 8am until ? Please let your family and friends know. We will advertise in The Courier-Journal and place signs out. In the event of rain, it will be held on Saturday, October 7.
?• Budget Review
- Our Home Owner Association is currently meeting its monthly financial obligations. Our LG&E utility bill is approximately $100.00 per month.
- There are a few residents that still have not paid their assessment for 2006. Please remember the assessments are due by August 31 of each year.
