Parking problems
Now that we have a web site you can use this in addition to complaint calls to see if your facility is causing hard to the neighborhood.
And now you know, as expressed during initial interaction with our organization, the activities of your business, which includes your clients and related guests are causing parking problems.
Parking issues were not a part of the conditions imposed on the property you purchased but probably could be added if the situation continues.
As a refresher, the parking regulations for your building were based on a very different use-senior citizens and mentally immobile. Both groups had little access to personal transportation vehicles.
Your business and the clients are different and the parking that comes with the building is inadequate.
What you verbally promised, (there was nothing in writing, was that your clients would park only on you property and that all cars of residents would have stickers identifying the cars as cars of the residents.
Where's the stickers?
Also you were initially showing some attempt of keeping your guests off the residential streets by posting signs directing them to park on the Helms property.
Haven't seen those signs lately. So guests are parking where they want on the residential streets.
So, sticker your clients cars like you said and start having the guests used the Helms lots again by posting those "park on Helms property signs again.
