For over 21 years under the direction of Jynette T Hayes the director of YOUTH RISES AGAINST ALL ODDS has  a new name call 614 bYouth Prevention Foundation has been provide a Christmas Gala for families in Franklin County, in New Orleans, the program is free, its just something that Ms.Hayes has been doing out of her home because she feel that everyone need help , so she has  made it her passion to give back.
