I regret to admit that I have had to deal with out of control, boards of directors and management companies in the past. I was asked to volunteer my experience and knowledge to help Shady Grove Village 2 Condo, and Shady Grove Recreation Association.   Like my previous experience this situation has also turned into a situation I call, "Condo-Wars". A number of others across the country have also gone through nonsense like this and have asked for assistance. To help everyone I am working on a blog along with his site. Here we will be able to post all the information needed for the community including the Bi-Laws. We ask for your help in our efforts to improve the community and have the Bi-Laws enforced. I also must say that volunteers are welcome,  you can work with us with total animity if you wish.

I believe in truth, justice anId the American way. My motto is if you think I'm wrong prove it. I will always correct statements that are found to be untrue. I cannot run a site that supports the truth, yet fail to admit when I am wrong. Though I travel a lot, my computer is a constant companion that provides a lifeline to keeping me connected, and often more informed then those who are paid to know what is going on.
