My name is William Teehan, and I have lived in Tallahassee for 42 years and a resident of Indian Head Acres since 1995. Of all the neighborhoods I have experienced, Indian Head is by far the most unique and ecclectic. 

I am a graduate of the Florida State University with a Master's Degree in Biological Science (specializing in invertebrate zoology and genetics).  I have spent 31 years in the field of marine fisheries management, and am responsible for the majority of marine fisheries management plans develophave by the State of Florida.  I recently retired from state and federal service, and am presently I am working as a fisheries consultant on a contract basis.
