Hi everyone,

My son, David, found Parkside first (he lives on 70th Ct. My mother & I liked it so much that we too bought a home here in July 2006.  Originally from Iowa, my then husband & I moved to Sarasota in 1981.  I've worked for the State of Florida ever since we moved to the state.

I enjoy a whimsical garden with different flowers, wind chimes & such.  Parkside is close to everything I want to do for work and play. 

I served as Secretary-Treasurer the first year owners took over management of our association. But had to take leave for awhile.  Now I'm am back as newsletter editor.

I'm also one of the Block Captains for for our Neighborhood Watch (lots 42-49).

We have a great neighborhood & with everyone's cooperation we can keep it that way!  Say hi & tell us about yourself!
