Welcome to Greenview HOA's new Website!!  This year I was fortunate to be be chosen as President of our Association. One of the goals of our Board of Directors is to create a Website for our community - and here it is!!

Your ideas for content are welcome.  What's great about this site is that Meeting Notices and Newsletters are easily accessed by owners!  There is a section for keeping our records so any owner can take a look at the Covenants, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, or print out a form to submit to the Architecural Review Board. You'll find discussion areas, a section to advertise your personal items or business, and information about other HOA's in our area that might be helpful to us.

As a small neighborhood with caring owners we want to be as beautiful as possible and be sure our limited funds are used carefully to maximize our potential. We'd like to create an atmosphere of appreciation for the lovely environment we share and for the contributions each individual gives to our association.

Greenview is in a stage of revitalization - a return to how beautiful it was when new. Watch us evolve and become the community everyone wants to live in! I'm proud to be a member of the Board and will do my best to make a positive difference in 2015.
