Hello neighbor's. I have recently moved to Beachwood Canyon area. I am a general contractor/musician of mostly original and Irish Music.I love the area. Born on a farm in Ireland, living in Los Angeles, it's nice to get out of the big smoke and more into the woods and hills and friendlier people.

As a musician I have an Irish music band and locally you can find me/us at Farmers Market on St Patrick's Day (for the last 15 years) CanogaPark St Patrick's Day Parade since it began 12 years ago. However I/we are available for parties, weddings, wakes, birthdays. You name it. Jigs, reels, love songs to rowdy rebel and raunchy drinking and fighting songs.

As a contractor, I generally don't take on bigger projects. I have done a lot of commercial building repair, smaller TI. Worked all over, US Bank TI in Santa Barbara ( stunning end results) to Landmark Theaters in La Jolla sealing pesky leaking windows about 25 feet up,  patching and painting the damage caused. Many projects all over LA OC SB County's also. Larger and smaller.

Residential projects have included 10 years of caring for Zubin and Nancy Mehtas 6 high end rentals here in the LA area ($10,000 to $36,500 a month) and one kitchen remodel in their 800 year old Villa just outside Florence Italy. Many additional projects of varying size and intensity. Complete foreclosure rehabs from Dublin in N Cal to Westlake Village to Northridge to Culver City. Large variety of repairs again of varying size and degree.  Bottom line, I/we enjoy the variety, which I think is why we don't do the large drawn-out, monotonous projects. Leave those to the Big Guys!!!!
