Mari Negron has over 25 years experience in business. She started her career with the Hertz Corporation in Washington DC, where she worked nearly for ten years in the Rental Sales department, a Customer Services on the field, and in the Business Administration corporate offices. As a step up from the Travel industry she moved up to a Services Manager, for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau she managed administration duties, file systems and provided support for the staff………working on Marketing projects and Travel Services Assignments.  

Mari has also worked for the Potomac Hotel Group and Capitol Hotels for five years before becoming a full-time Realtor. She held various positions such as Executive Assistant to the President for the Corporate and Operations, as well as, in the capacity Business Administration and Human Resource Manager.   She latter became Sales Manager for the Association and International market. Her self-motivation and ambition allowed her to become self employed in 1998.

Mari started in the Real Estate business in November 1998 as an administrator for a top producer in Northern Virginia.  She quickly became a top rookie, consistently exceeding in sales, concentrating with rentals in the area. Her attentiveness to the international market has been the instrument of her success.  Developing and implementing programs for clients, she has delivered outstanding service to instill loyalty and increase business relationship through out the US Nation and the World.

With a degree in Business Administration and Management her relevance, empathy, realness, friendliness, and most of all, recognition of people’s needs have produced effective results with a clear path and creativity.  Her background in the travel, the lodging and the hospitality industry have laid the fundamental groundwork throughout, producing valuable experience to excel at the core of her service. Always striving for knowledge, training and preparedness to stay current with economic trends have guided her to ease consumers with the tools needed while investing in real estate.  

Mari was born in Puerto Rico USA and moved to Fairfax County Virginia in 1974 were she grew up with her family.
