I am pleased to say that I've lived and raised my family in this outstanding neighborhood.  It is one of a few small communities within Mission Viejo that remained stable throughout the foreclosure crisis.  This neighborhood is made up of original owners and move up buyers.  It's one of the best neighborhoods within walking distance to all three schools; dePortola Elementary, LaPaz Intermediate, and Mission Viejo High School.  Along with being walking distance to Mission Viejo City center;  Library, grocery shopping, restaurants, drug store, entertainment and walking/jogging trails.
