I have been employed in the past as a program director, counselor at a Job Corp.,and have been in business for 28 years in the construction industry and a career consultant. I have taken my years and resources for the good of a community of people that have been under served by our society. Contrary to a social understanding of this population, these people have many marketable  skills,once they are confidient that the are second chances for those that are seeking a better life.  I am dogmatic about my persuits and I am expecting a high 90% completion, I will not give up on my clients.
