Hello, my name is Ms. Stephanie Jervey. I am the mother of 3 beautiful children and a native of the city of Wilmington and no stranger to the many changes that have and are taking place in our community. My family and I moved into the 11th Street Bridge CA area in 2006 and have been active participants in its many community activities and developments.
