Built in 1962, Sandstone Manor Apartments has witnessed the great transformation of Columbus, the capital city of the State of Ohio, in the past five decades, from a barely-known Midwest town to the current metropolis ranking No.17 of the largest cities of the US.

   In 2010, Epoch Investment LLC., a privately-owned company, bought this apartment complex which was at its worst performance due to mismanagement. From the day of closing the escrow, the new management, chaired by Charles Jia, an entrepreneur from California, started massive and detailed renovation, aiming at bringing back the old glory to the four well-located manors.

   In October, 2011, the new Sandstone Manor Apartments celebrated its first hit for full house. And this wonderful occupancy rate has been lasting till today.  

   With the help of Clinton Township Police Department led by Chief Don Mapley and the Fire Department led by Chief John Harris,  the management of Sandstone Manor Apartments was able to keep the premises safe, clean and secure.
