Mission Statement

• To enhance the communication and livability between the City of Escondido and the WIN Neighborhood.
  
  
• To provide an open process by which all members of the neighborhood may involve themselves in the affairs of the neighborhood, including neighborhood support and safety issues.
  
  
• Promote and assist public service activities and projects of interest in the WIN Neighborhood.

The purpose of the group is to maintain, protect, and enhance the value and desirability of any and all residential property in the WIN Neighborhood, and welcome the diversity of our neighborhood.
