I am interested in improving communications among our HOA members, improving the service we receive from our current management company Cardinal Mgmt.,  working to get a speed bump or at least police visibility on Regal Crest Drive to get drivers to slow down in the subdivision, better enforcement of the property maintenance bylaws, making sure that common grounds are kept up, and the common forest area has trees trimmed or dead trees cut down that could fall on property owner's homes and subject the HOA to liability....
