Hi everyone!

My wife Trisha (a Middle school teacher) and I (a Logistics Manager) have a 2 year old daughter and have lived in Lincoln Park since 1997. We love to go to the park and play, read stories to our daughter, and be with family.
Trisha loves to read, go online and talk with her family. I enjoy movies, working on my house and playing pool with friends. We both love to try out new restaurants. Our daughter is a huge fan of Blues Clues, Pooh and Teletubbies.
We love our neighborhood's secluded area and home to be here for years to come.

Home Owners Association

I have been a board member for our association since 2000. I wanted to be involved in helping our community to not just retain it's property values, but to raise them for everyones benefit. We all bought into our association, so I believe we cannot now be upset at the same rules we chose to abide when they do not conform to our wishes. They exist to maintain an orderly community while still allowing each homeowner the freedom to add their own personal touches to their homes.
