Karen Donovan,  resides in the Century Oaks subdivision (just across the way from Collins Estates) with her husband Joe (a Broker and Attorney). She is a board member for her homeowners association (which also has a website similar online). Karen is an active member of both the Largo and Pinellas County Historical Societies. She believes that building strong and vibrant neighborhoods  and a sense of community is key to our area maintaining its property values.
