Also active in the community of West Point Towne Center, he is the Homeowners Association Board President, taking a proactive role in making sure our community remains a safe and pleasant place to live.
Nick, 11, is a seventh grader at the newly opened West Point Elementary School. He is also an dedicated baseball player, having made the Surprise All Star team for the past 2 years. He is currently playing in El Mirage on a newly-formed Surprise team, so it looks like year-round baseball is in the near future for Nick. Taylor, 8, is in the third grade at West Point Elementary. Tay's interests include soccer, baseball, music, and astronomy. His enthusiasm for trying new things is really starting to make his parents feel old.
When our family decided to move from Phoenix, we wanted to make sure we could have the ''suburban peace with the urban conveniences''. In the summer of 1998 we moved into our new house in WPTC and realized we had made a great decision. The kids didn't know just how many stars you could see on a clear night....just from your own backyard! We had found our suburban peace and waited for the urban conveniences, which seems to come in the form of a new business almost on a weekly basis. We know our decision to move to Surprise is not only a great personal choice, but also a financially sound choice, too. Give Surprise another 5 years, infrequent visitors won't even recognize the place.....
