I am aware of the responsibility I have to this community. I will do my best to represent the majority wishes of this neighborhood and would appreciate your comments to me.

My History

Originally born in NewBedford Mass., my family moved to Florida when I was about 8 years old. I was raised in the Westside of Jacksonville where I have lived all of my adult life. My carreer has always been in the Hospitality Industry and I am currently the General Manager of the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center at the Jacksonville International Airport. I moved to Merrill Hills in January of 1998 and Shelley and I have enjoyed this neighborhood and our home ever since.

Association Philosophy

I believe it is the responsibility of the Association, its Board, and its Members to protect the future value and desireability of the homes within our neighborhood. This must be tempered with the genuine respect for the right of homeowners to enjoy their property and their privacy while at the same time protecting the same for their neighbors.
