The Neighborhood Preservation and Revitalization Division was created to guide neighborhoods that are in the early stages of decline. Since our mission is to strengthen the Orange County community, we offer services which empower citizens and neighborhood organizations in ways that help citizens increase their involvement in community decision-making.
