Thank you for viewing my profile.  I am 4th generation Garland native.  My family built a church here over 60 years ago (Belt Line Missionary baptist).  Also, we are responsible for the Firewheel mall (I personally would have preferred an indoor mall, but I wasn't asked).  We love our city and our neighborhood.  The Lord brought me back to the neighborhood I grew up in.  So, my mission/purpose is to create beauty where there is none.  I pray WE can turn a neighborhood that is declining into something that will be written in text books.  Just like the engine that could.
