WE LIVE IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD

If you are reading this I will assume that you either live in Desert Shores or you may be interested in moving to Desert Shores. This is a great place to live, good neighbors, nice houses, convinient location and great schools-both public and private.

A WELL CONCEIVED PLAN

Desert Shores has everything that a family needs to be happy. There are the beautiful lakes, rec area with real sand around the swim area, little crime, good schools and nearby shopping and places of worship. There are CC&R's to preserve this plan for years to come.

SO WHAT COULD GO WRONG?

About the only thing that could ruin this neighborhood would be uncaring residents or a managment team who forgets that they work for and represent the homeowners of Desert Shores.
In the future my family would truly like to open lines of communication with Desert Shores residents and future residents to monitor whats happening in the neighborhood and how we can preserve what we have or maybe even make things a little better.
