I have been substituting for about 3 years now and its been quite an experience. I have worked with diverse groups of students who have made working with the district truely rewarding.

Students are becoming more focus

When I first took on substituting a lot of the students were for the most part more interested in fashion, shoes, new cellular phones, mp3 players....the list goes on and on..but as I have been going from school to school the teachers really are implementing more on students mind sets, the importance of attendence, work ethics, influencing good habits, sports etc its really good to see how everyone is working really hard to improve each year in certain problem areas..To all teachers I give you my utmost respect for jobs well done!!!
