I've been in the neighborhood for 25 years and have seen a mall built and then torn down, businesses open and then close, have some great neighbors who look out for me, and me them. I love my local Cooper's. Everything is so close and I don't even mind the occasional siren from the station down the street. The guys are nice and don't turn it on at night til they reach the corner. There are good neighbors and bad neighbors no matter where you live.
