Spymax is the combined names of our two four legged children. Our names are George and Karen Sutton and we also have a 21 year old son, Joseph, who resides in the home of the dogs. I am a psychiatric social worker and work with William Beaumont Army Medical Center. I also teach in the form of providing supervision for other social workers seeking to attain the highest level of social work licensure. Karen works for Providence Memorial Hospital and claims to have come with the building. She has worked in the pharmacy for approximately 30 years where she has been every thing from a pharmacy tech to Pharmacy Manager. The Sutton's also have another son, Jacob, who is in the Air Force and married to a wonderful girl, Leah. We love Redstone Village and were among the earliest of residents. We chose a lot that would give us a view over the park/drainage area. The way we were able to build gave us a huge backyard that is maintained by the city! There has been a lot of turmoil over the existance of this Home Owners Association. This was an enticement for us to build here as it sets the stage for a stable community, one where you don't have to worry about the neighbor painting the house bright pink! The covenants are more than reasonable but at the same time help assure that the community will look as it does ten years down the road as opposed to the one to our south and the one to our west. Enjoy the security of your investment is my suggestion for those who doin't want this association.
