My name is Matt Magnasco.

I moved into Madison Park in the spring of 2004, buying my first house on Murrayhill Road up near Woodlawn. I moved to Charlotte from Atlanta (Woo-hoo! Glad to get the #^#$&%^& out of there!) in 2001.   Wow, I've been in Madison Park for over 10 years already?!?!?

I was elected a director of the Madison Park HOA in 2005.
