Paint Program - Improving Homes

This program provides FREE EXTERIOR PAINT to qualifying homeowners in Strawberry Manor, Del Paso Heights, East Del Paso, Noralto, and North Sacramento.

Do I qualify?

To qualify for the FREE PAINT you must be
low income eligible* and a homeowner in Strawberry Manor, Del Paso Heights, East Del Paso, Noralto, and North Sacramento. In addition your home must have NO existing serious health and safety code violations.

Renters may also get their residence painted, but the owner of the home must meet the low income qualifications.

Example: if you have 5 family members living in your home and you receive less than $44,850 in income from all sources you meet the low income qualification.

What are you responsible for?

FREE PAINT is provided, however YOU must paint your home within 45 days of receiving the paint. You can get friends and family to assist you in your painting efforts. However, if you are disabled or elderly with no resources the program can assist you with painting.
