LP Home Building Products, the awesome company I work for, chose Nashville as their corporate head quarters. So my dog Vger and I drove out from Portland, Oregon and moved straight away into the Bennie Dillon. Knew I wanted to live downtown and invest here, however, there was nothing available! Then the Bennie Dillon went condo/purchase. I love the Bennie Dillon. Great charm, awesome neighbors, who are also great friends.
Have my dog Vger..there is nothing like walking her up to Capitol Hill and letting her roam around the trees, chase the squirrels (she does not catch them..) and roll around the grass. Its a beautiful peaceful park-like setting. In the mornings it feels like its my back yard. Sometimes we walk down to Bicentennial Park. This is a history filled experience and a great walk for both of us. Sometimes we go all the way around to Stockyard and continue our walk along the greenbelt by the river and end up at Riverfront. Other days we walk across the Shelby Bridge to LP Field and back over the Woodland Bridge all whilst admiring the beautiful downtown city landscape.
I have become active in the downtown community (Member Urban Residents Association, board member Nashville Downtown Partnership, member Residential Development Committee, & LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour) and am happy to be part of such a great team of awesome people.
