My name is Richard Byrne.  I am President of Villaggio in the Grove Tower and Villas Condominium Association.  The reason I've put our association on Neighborhood Link is simple: we are proud of our complex, its location in Coconut Grove and the popularity it holds for our many owners and the well educated young professionals who choose to live here.

Although our association has faced many challenges in the face of the economic and real-estate downturn in Southern Florida, overall, we have held our own financially.  Since the establishment of the owner held condominium association here, we've not been forced to raise maintenance fees or do any special assessments!  This bodes well for our future and the investment potential of ownership at Villaggio.
