Hi!

My name is Ric Ortega. A few neighbors and myself started our neighborhood group many years ago.

We have a wonderful tree lined neighborhood and many of our neighbors truly enjoy getting out and walking around our neighborhood for excercise as well as for getting to say hello and talk with other neighbors. We have held yearly block parties.

We have maintained or neighborhood group very loosly over the years and this year we decided to become more organized and we are now planning to have monthly or bi-monthly meetings.

Our intent is to make our neighborhood a safe family place simply through getting to know each other and through good communication about city issues that affect us and our homes.

This year we intend to have occasional guests from our city and our county on issues that we feel are important to us and to the future of our neighborhood and city. If you are a neighbor and are hearing about us for the first time...please contact us and feel welcome to join us.

Our goal is to stress and focus on all of the positive things around us and hopefully as we grow and get to know each other better we will all have a closer knit neighborhood.
