About our association

348-344 Tennants Corp.

We are a 28 year old lease holders Corp. The Corp. is from the 7th floor to the penthouse with access at 348. The lower floors are commercial rental spaces with access at 344. Our shareholders are a mix of professionals ( artists, photographers, attorneys, resturant owner, wine merchant, film makers, internet professional, doctor, etc. ) and couples with young families. All in all a great place to live and raise a family, some children that were born here are now attending university.

CFA Management

We have retained the services of CFA Management to manage our Corp. as of 1/07, Carol Ferrara is our manageing agent.
