THIS POEM SAVE ME FROM LOSING MY MIND...I WAS IN AN ABUSIVE MARRIAGE.. YAHWEH(GOD) HAD MY SPOUSE RECITE AND GO TO THE LIBRARY AND FIND THE POEM IN A BOOK AND PHOTO COPIED IT AND GAVE IT TO ME...

I WAS LIVING IN HELL...WITH A MAN WHO DID NOT LOVE OR LIKE ME...YET HE WOULD ALWAYS GIVE ME POSITIVE MESSAGES...THEN HE'D TEAR ME DOWN..THEN ONE DAY WHEN HE REALLY WANTED TO BEAT MY___...A RAGE CAME OVER ME THAT TRANCENDED FEAR...WITH AN TABLE IN ONE HAND...AND THE PHONE CALLING THE POLICE...I STOOD MY GROUND...SINCE THAT TIME SEVEN YEARS AGO...I AM STILL HEALING...BLESSED THAT I HAVE A STORY TO TELL AND I AM YET ALIVE TO TELL IT...

I was blessed and am still blessed..there are many women out there who are in relationships that are either physical or mental in the areana of abuse...who feel so hopeless or and lost...feeling like you can't make it alone...

I prayed for my escape from my spouse...I asked for forgiveness...for marrying a man I knew was not on the same page with me...It took one last fight for me to be FREE...

It is not easy...being alone...I am very proud of what I have countinued to accomplish in spite of what material possessions I have lost...
Deep within I have peace...no longer to I have to war with another about what is wrong with me...all while I provide the luxuries and the money he spends that was mine...So...what if I am broke...my spirit is not...my body is whole as well as my mind...I do not need a man nor anyone to validate me... I know who I am ... A Child Of GOD...AND WITH MY FATHER ALL THINGS NOT SOME ARE POSSIBLE... JUST REMEMBER IF..
